Most of our actions are currently related to our project of the Bosniak educational and cultural center in Kempten. We have focused all our strength on it. Our goal is to collect donations as quickly as possible and to make the construction of the center a reality.

Due to the fact that we cannot assume a fixed time for the start of construction, as we cannot say with certainty how long the process of collecting donations will take, we initially searched intensively for a temporary space for our association. The relevance of this action becomes clear from the great need for a suitable space in Kempten. We do not have any Bosniak gatherings within 100 km of Kempten. After a few visits to different spaces, we finally found a 115 square meter space that was suitable for us.

We are currently working actively to expand our networking with other clubs both in Germany and outside Germany. At the same time, we are busy building up our club profile on YouTube, Facebook and Instagram.

Our first temporary space is in Waltenhofen near Kempten and is 115 square meters in size, consists of a large prayer and meeting room, a smaller common room, a small office, a hallway including a small kitchenette and a sanitary room including a toilet. We have been in this space since the beginning of October 2021 and feel very comfortable in it.

After months of intensive preparation, design and refinement of our space, we have a large communal table and comfortable chairs as well as a large television in the common room, on which we can watch the games of our national teams, for example. In the large prayer and meeting room we have a beamer, which we can use to organize cozy cinema evenings for our children and young people. We also have a table tennis table for our members to keep fit and have fun.

Our first Friday prayer was on April 1st, 2022, where about 20 members were present. On the same evening of April 1st, 2022, our first Tarawih prayer took place at the beginning of Ramadan. There were about 50 members present with their wives, sisters and children. Also that evening, our children and young people gathered for a first get-together. The next morning, April 2nd, 2022, the Bosniak primary school for our children and young people took place for the first time.
